Fun at Work: Food Truck Day. Woohoo!

Three food trucks visited the Lake Forest campus today: Tamarindo Truck, Dogzilla and Sexy Burger.

We invited the food trucks so the 500 or so Schneider Electric employees can celebrate the end of campus cleanout.

Yes, I had a Yaki Dog.

A Yaki Dog is a really nasty looking spicy hotdog topped with yakisoba noodles, bean sprouts, cabbage, green onions, okonomi sauce, ao nori, and red ginger on a King's Hawaiian roll bun.
