"We have to understand the core problem from the very beginning. The challenge with the system on the environmental side is: How do we keep producing high quantities and high quality of world class beer at the same time save the environment and save energy? It's very challenging," Igor adds, "but a lot of data analysis or a lot of data that we are able to provide to our operations allows us to do so."
